Creager

Shenanigans!!!  That's what happens when I get to photograph the adorable Creager children.   I love working with these cuties!!!

We always have the best time...  There is never a dull moment with these three.  The boys have tons of energy and little miss Karsen is just too cute for words.   I met these three about a year ago when I came to take Karsen's 1 year photos, and let me tell you... this girly is a born model.  She loves the camera and obviously the camera loves her and her brothers!!  Now about the boys..... let me tell you about those rascals...  they have spunk!  Sometimes they make me work quite a bit to get their picture, but we sure have fun while we are working!!  I look forward to having the chance to work (play) with these bundles of fun in the future!

Senior Referral Program: Earn $$ toward your purchase!!

I really enjoy taking senior photos!  I have decided to introduce a Senior Referral Program to let you earn credits that can be used toward the purchase of your senior portraits in form of prints, albums or digital images on a disc.

Anyone taking part in a senior session can be a part of the Senior Referral Program.  This program will give you the opportunity to earn $120 in credits toward your purchase.

Here's how it works:

*  You must be a rising senior paying for a senior session

*  Mention that you want to participate in the referral program

*  Choose your favorite photo from the session and I will make 24 wallet photos for you to give your other rising senior friends.

* For each friend that shows me your photo during their senior session
they will get a free 8x10 photo (their choice from photos of their own photo session)  and you will get $5 credit toward you
photo purchase.

Because nothing can last forever and you want to be able to purchase your photos without waiting too long, The referral is good until December 31, 2011

Madeline

I got to take photos of this precious little girl last week.  Through many sessions, I find that my world is getting smaller and smaller.  I am finding more and more connections to people that I never would have known otherwise.  Once we finished with photos and I posted a preview on my facebook page, I noticed a last name that had commented on the photo (it happened to be this little beauty's aunt).  This is no ordinary last name, it is my grandfather's last name and it is German.  Schwerdtfeger is not a common last name anywhere around here...  Instantly, I knew there had to be a relation.  I sent a message and found out that she is married to my grandfather's brother's grandson..... in short, my cousin.  I never knew that side of the family too much, because we never got together, but I think it is really awesome to find a link to that part of my mom's family.  Now that I have gone off on my tangent, I will get back to the photos.... I really enjoyed working with Christie and her little baby Madeline.

Madeline was so relaxed through out the photo session.  She reminded me of a little doll baby!!  Even when getting tired of modeling, she never tensed up as most babies do...  She is such a little sweetie!!

Miss Taylor

Another little sweetie I have had the chance to photograph recently is precious little miss Taylor.

I got to meet her as she was turning 1 week old.  I love to photograph babies!
They are absolutely amazing!!

Nothing compares to the perfection of the little person that has been created as a baby.

Little Taylor managed to stay awake for almost the whole photo shoot which was almost 2 hours.  That is a very long time for a brand new baby!!

Little Mr. Kruse

Since becoming a photographer, I have had a chance to reconnect with many friends that I hadn't seen in years.... many being friends from school and early childhood.  It is always a joy to see someone from my past!  I find that so many people I know are getting married and starting families...  It is all so exciting!!  This brings me to a recent photo session with a friend and a sweet young sir of hers.  Kruse has come to me on a couple of occasions and I have been lucky enough to be able to photograph him for his first year milestones.  We have not yet completed working together, but only just begun!!  He is now 6 months and it seems that he is growing so fast.... as I remember not too long ago, taking his 6 week photos.  Here are some of the most recent photos I have taken with this handsome young fella!
